Eligibility for Returns

- Items are in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items are returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates, swimwear, or sale items may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Elegance Flaire is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
